Once you have completed a Hearing Evaluation and it is determined you would benefit from hearing devices, we will provide a recommendation on the right product for you.
Upon selection, we will program your new hearing devices specifically to your needs. Since no two patients are the same, we will make sure that your hearing aids are programmed to meet your exact specifications.
From there we will discuss the ins and outs including:
- How to use them
- How to put them in correctly
- How to remove them properly
- How to change batteries
- How to clean them
We will make sure you are completely comfortable with using your new hearing aids and be here should you have any questions at all.
What Can I Expect When Wearing them?
If it is your first time using hearing aids, it will feel a little different. That’s OK! It’s completely normal. It takes some time for your brain to adjust to hearing different sounds that it may have been missing.
Our professionals will ask you a number of questions and perform some quick tests to ensure you are getting the most out of your hearing aids. The sounds should be clear and comfortable. We will tweak them to make sure you are hearing as clearly as possible. What If I Need an Adjustment?
Hearing care is a journey, not a quick fix. We are here for you every step of the way. We schedule routine follow-ups; but if you feel like you need some adjustments at any point just give us a call. We’ll get you taken care of right away.
